An organizational psychologist, Sam co-hosts "At Work with The Ready," where he delves into modern work practices. At Responsive Conference 2025, Sam will present on Depthfinding, The Ready’s approach to making real progress on complex challenges by embracing uncertainty and iterative learning.

Simone Stolzoff, author of The Good Enough Job

Simone Stolzoff is an author and TED speaker. A former design lead at IDEO, his work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Atlantic. His debut book, The Good Enough Job, challenges the prevailing notion of the dream job and advocates for a balanced relationship between work and life. His upcoming book confronts our need for certainty. In his talk, Simone will guide us through the art of navigating uncertainty, from imposter syndrome to existential doubt, offering practical strategies for resilience, action, and acceptance in an unpredictable world.

Shelby Wolpa, formerly of InVision, Instacart, OneMedical

Shelby Wolpa is a leading expert in remote and hybrid work, helping high-growth companies design people programs that scale. With over 15 years of experience building best-in-class workplaces at companies including InVision, Instacart, and One Medical, she now advises executives and people teams on how to create sustainable, high-performance cultures in distributed environments. In her interactive workshop, Shelby will help attendees rethink how work happens, balancing flexibility, engagement, and business impact.

Adam Rosenthal, founder of Late Nite Art

Adam Rosenthal returns to Responsive Conference to present Late Nite Art. This two-hour immersive workshop blends art, storytelling, and experiential learning. The experience brings attendees together to foster deeper collaboration and innovation. As a facilitator and design thinker, Adam has worked with companies including Adobe, Asana, Google, and many more to reimagine how we learn, create, and build culture.

Responsive Conference 2025 is shaping up to be our best event ever. We hope you’ll join us in September!
